Howard works out of ARC's Highway 280 Office in Inverness and has been a Realtor since 2004 concentrating in the North Shelby County area working with hundreds of clients over the years taking care of each transaction and each client like they were family.

A native of Alabama, Howard grew up in Fort Payne and graduated from Auburn University. Moving to Birmingham after college he worked in the industrial equipment business before getting into real estate.

Howard served for 28 years in the Alabama Air National Guard and the U.S. Air Force first as an aircrew and then an intelligence officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel.

Howard also has served as on the board of directors of the Birmingham Association of Realtors and currently is a director for the Greater Alabama Multiple Listing Service.

He and his wife Kelley live in the Oak Mountain area, have two sons and a granddaughter who is the cutest thing they have ever seen!
